Permission and Powers
May. 23rd, 2017 12:44 pmElectrokinesis - Both yellow and white lightning. He is also capable of projecting electrical arcs when moving at super speed and is able to absorb and redirect any electricity through his supersuit.
Superspeed/Agility - Besides speed, these also include body vibrations, dimensional travel and momentum transferrence. Speed reading, eidetic memory and various other things.
Geokinesis - He can use his speed to create earthquakes. He will not do this in New Dodge.
Superhuman Perception - He is capable of keeping up with and perceiving the movements and actions of speedsters.
Superhuman Stamina - He has a high metabolism, and burns through most poisons and drugs, including painkillers.
Superhuman strength - "Savitar possesses a level of increased strength, which is further augmented by his suit's size and strength. He able to lift and drag a fully-grown man off the ground by their throat, all with a single hand, and in his suit he was able to pummel and toss around the younger Barry, Wally West and Jay Garrick with one hand and, with one punch, he was able to send Jay Garrick flying over a building."
Metahuman Manipulation - He is able to manipulate the metahumans he creates, and he is able to use the speedforce to create metahumans. This is made easier if he has a piece of calcified speedforce known as the Philosopher's Stone. Luckily, this is part of his speed suit.
Permissions? IDK, want to become a metahuman? Can he use any of these other powers on you if you tick him off to that point or you guys are fighting?
